Baking was never a sudden discovery for me. It was quietly present throughout my life, something I returned to wherever I was living, whether I was making something simple for myself or creating for friends and family.

My journey has taken me from Brazil to Australia, Portugal and Switzerland. Each place became part of who I am, but the kitchen remained the place where I felt most connected to myself.

Although I originally trained in Marketing and Advertising, I gradually realised that professional success and personal fulfilment were not necessarily the same thing. Pastry had always been there in the background, waiting for me to give it the attention it deserved.

At the beginning of 2026, I decided to take that feeling seriously. I packed my bags once again and moved to Paris to study pâtisserie at Ferrandi. What had lived as a dream for many years finally became real.

My time in Paris gave me far more than technical training. It taught me patience, discipline and the importance of allowing every stage of the process the time it needs. It also challenged me to make mistakes, begin again and gradually discover how I wanted to express myself through pastry.

That journey continues today.
