There is always something new taking shape in the kitchen.

This autumn begins with ripe fig and orange, bright passion fruit with toasted meringue, and deep chocolate layered with hazelnut and praline with more creations to come as the season unfolds.

My story

Meet Julio

The long way back to something that was always there.

Baking was never a sudden discovery for me. It was quietly present throughout my life—something I returned to wherever I was living, from Brazil to Australia, Portugal and Switzerland. Through every change, the kitchen remained the place where I felt most connected to myself.

I originally trained in Marketing and Advertising, but gradually realised that professional success and personal fulfilment were not always the same thing. In 2026, I finally gave pastry the attention it had been waiting for and moved to Paris to study at Ferrandi.

That experience was about much more than technique. It taught me patience, discipline and the courage to make mistakes, begin again and follow a path that felt truly mine.

And that journey continues today.
